Joom Group took part in One-to-One Retail E-commerce

Joom Group took part in the key European e-commerce event One-to-One Retail E-commerce, held in Monaco from 26 to 28 October. The company was presented by the thrilling combo: the global mobile marketplace Joom - a platform specializing in cross-border commerce with a 400 million audience, available in more than 100 countries - and Joom Logistics - an international logistics company and a pioneer in tech-driven delivery management that delivers marketplaces’ orders all over the world and provides affordable and reliable logistics service for external customers.


As part of the event, Joom CMO and co-founder Yuri Ivanov held a master class and told how to create a loyal community of influencers and successfully develop it within social networks and using the built-in capabilities of the Joom app. He also explained how a brand can increase its sales and user loyalty by working with influencers, and why influencer marketing plays a crucial role in increasing consumer confidence in online shopping in the post-pandemic period.
